Takingdictation.com rewards customers for loyalty by offering the following discounts:
 

Multi-Project Discount:  Deducts 10% from the combined total cost of up to 4 simultaneously submitted projects.  For 5 or more projects, the discount is increased to 15%.

Referral Discount:  If an individual who has submitted to Takingdictation.com previously refers another individual, the person referred will receive a 5% discount on the first project they submit.  The individual by whom the new customer was referred also will receive a 5% discount on the next project submitted.  The person referred must name the individual who referred them for the discount to apply.

Preferred Membership Discount:  Deducts 15% off all submitted projects for the length of a one year membership.  The preferred membership discount is most applicable to those individuals or businesses who know that they will be submitting large quantities of work consistently through a twelve month period.  The cost per membership is $100 per year. English Second Language (ESL) Discount:  Occasionally, language barriers increase the difficulty of completing a project with an ESL client. This is generally because language limitations typically cause ESL clients to take a longer amount of time than a native English speaker to communicate the same information. Billing an ESL client for more hours essentially therefore would be a form of discrimination. Thus, in certain instances, Takingdictation.com may elect to deduct a specified amount from an ESL client bill when applicable to prevent billing ESL clients for time spent in working through those communication difficulties.

NOTE:  Individuals may not receive more than one discount.  For example, a preferred member cannot receive both the membership discount and the multi-project discount if he/she submits 5 projects.  In instances where an individual could receive multiple discounts, the individual will receive the discount that results in the largest savings.
