Takingdictation.com offers clients the opportunity to submit projects online via e-mail.  To do this, first e-mail Thibodeaux at taking_dictation@yahoo.com with an online consultation request.  This will allow Thibodeaux to anticipate her workload in advance, ensure that clients receive an estimated date of completion for the project, and ensure that all submissions are returned in a timely fashion.

Clients may submit any project online that is Microsoft Word compatible (fiction, editing, proofreading, critique, resume, scripts, theses, etc.) as e-mail attachments.  If a quote is desired in advance, include the number of pages or word count in the consultation request, as well as any relevant due dates or deadlines that the project must meet.  It is also very helpful to me, although not required, if a client includes within the body of the e-mail some specific concerns about the project (for example, “Did I cite my sources correctly according to APA format?”) 

If a client submits an online request and has not requested a quote prior to the submission, Thibodeaux's policy is to e-mail the client back before proceeding with a rough estimate of the project cost.  Once the client contacts Thibodeaux and gives verification that the estimate is acceptable, she begins work on the project.  When the work is completed, Thibodeaux sends another e-mail to the client stating that the work is complete. The e-mail also contains the revised, actual cost of the project.  More often than not, Thibodeaux can attach the project to the e-mail at that time.
