PHONE CONSULTATION
If phone consultation is preferred, please e-mail or phone in advance to set up a phone conference. Be sure to include a
telephone
number within the e-mail body. Thibodeaux will then
phone or reply to the client e-mail in order to set up
the time of the actual consultation.
This type
of service is best for
quick questions or for clarifications.
However, clients also may choose to have a phone consultation if they need
help getting started on a project via brainstorming, aren’t
sure where to find
needed information, etc. Phone
consultations will not exceed one hour in length unless the same client
schedules two consultations back to back (rare, but
acceptable). Clients also may e-mail a document with
which they have concerns so that Thibodeaux can discuss the document with the client
over the
phone.
